The SDK Community is a subsidiary of HullBreach Studios Ltd. Membership to this collection of websites includes HullBreachOnline.com, 3DSPaint.com, and DSiPaint.com. Additionally, membership includes access to HullBreach Studios content, such as HullBreachStudios.com, SDK Paint Gallery, SDK Spriter Gallery, and various apps that make use of published APIs. Membership is free and voluntary for those who would like to experience the added benefits over anonymous visitation. Minors may only join this community upon approval by their parent(s) and/or guardian(s). Membership is acknowledgement of that approval. These terms may change without warning as needed and will always be made available in current form.

Since members to this collection of websites come in all ages, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, and other diversities, differing beliefs on many topics are inevitable. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a mature and respectful manner. Hate speech, harassment, and spam, are not tolerated. Exposure of other members to materials including (but not limited to) those deemed pornographic, racist, or defamatory, are not tolerated.

Administrators and moderates may optionally issue warnings to another members for violation of any rules of conduct. In a chatroom environment, a kick to the main menu from the chatroom is another option. Members who violate rules of conduct may be banned for 24 hours. This prevents participation in community activities but still permits viewing of content. The final punishment is a permanent ban of an account, also called a perma-ban. This involves the complete disabling of an account and hiding of any content related to it. Periodic checks are done to prevent repeat offenders from creating new accounts if it is believed that such accounts are created to harass other members.

Members deemed to be of good standing may be chosen to administer and moderate various aspects of the community to assist in keeping order. Such promotions are made when needed and are chosen on merit without need to inquire. These members are expected to act as role models to the others since they are seen as authority figures.

Some aspects of these websites are stored or logged indefinitely in databases or files to either enhance future experiences or to allow public displays of content. Members are responsible for their own public and private content. We do not sell any content to third parties, though the websites do make use of Google Analysis to determine visitation statistics. This community uses sessions for the purpose of account logins. You can optionally use browser cookies to extend a session extended for a week; cookies are not used for any other purposes.

All user-submitted advertisements are subject approval by site administrators. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion.
Advertisements must not contain the following:
- Illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- Adult, explicit, or age-inapproriate material.
- Malware, phishing links, or malicious software.
- Harassment or discriminatory content.
- Content that infringes on intellectual properties.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, truthful, and not deceptive. Any changes to advertising content, such as images and URLs, must be approved by site administrators.
Any changes made to URLs, website content, or site redirects after approval that could mislead or deceive users is prohibitied.
Advertisments will expire after the specified period listed in the advertisment submission page. Expired ads will not be displayed.
We do not guarantee any level of visibility, clicks, or results from your advertismenet.
We may track the impressions and clicks on your advertisements. This data may be visible to you and site administrators.
We reserve the right to remove any advertisement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisement and any claims arising from it. The SDK Community, HullBreach Studios Ltd., and all subsidiaries are not liable for any damagaes resulting from user-submitted advertisements.
